       In my opinion alternative therapies are good for sleep dosorders in particular meditation,acupuncture and herbs.
       Mediattion as good for sleep disorders because our mind stay calm and relaxand it help us to sleep well.This treatment is complementar modern medicine.
       Furthermore exist a lot of good alternative therapies like herbs and acupuncture.Exist a lot of hervs that this herb is very good for sleep.Acupuncture is very well because it relax our boudy and it help us to sleep to.
       Concluding this kind of therapy is complementary but the efects of this therapy are interesting,and it solve  the sleep disorders.

     The stress is a problem that reaches a lot of people, that have a run life and they work a lot. In my point of view, the best form to treat the stress is through the alternative therapy, for instance, the acupuncture.

     The acupuncture is a treatment that distributes needles for the body that seeks to relax the muscles and to calm the mind.

     Moreover, that treatment also has for objective to break the cycle of the stress and to help the people if they feel better, with a calmer life.

     Concluding, in my opinion, the alternative therapy is the best way to liberate of the stress, because it uses natural techniques, without use of remedies.

      Headaches are very common to some people and they can be realy disturbing. Most people take lots of medicines but they may not know that headaches can be caused by stress, so , alternative  medicine can be a great choice to them.
      An effective treatment for headaches is meditation, when you meditate you get into a deeep relaxing state of mind abd you get free of stress or at least less stressed, avoiding painful headaches.
      Another effective treatment is massage, it relaxes your muscles and make you feel softer and better.
      Although alternative treatments are useful against headaches, sometimes it is needed to take appropiate medicines, but, in order to do that, you must see a doctor.

      Renato Russo Manfredini Jr. was born in Rio de Janeiro. His father was na executive at Banco do Brasil, and they moved to Forest Hills Queens, New York in 1967, when Renato’s father was assing a joob position in the city.      At the age of 15, Renato acquired a disease that paralyzed his legs for two years. Renato had to have a platinum implant which earned him the nick name “Six Million Dollar Man”. Due to this condition, Renato became an enthusiastic reader. He studied Law. We grew interested in music, particulary punk, so he created an imaginary band, 42nd Street Band, where he would be a lead singer and bass guitarist. He chose the stage name Renato Russo in honour of French philosopher Jean Jecques Rousseau, British philosopher and mathematician Bertrand Russeal and franch painter Henri Rousseau.

     Mamonas Assassinas was a rock band. They made a gret success in 1995 among children, adolescents and adults. With a unique and contagious humor that conquered Brazil.      They became a phenomenon in less than a year -although it seems much more between Otober 1995 abd March 1996, when the crash happened.     The band was formed by Dinho(vocals) he war the funniest, Samuel Reoli(Samuel Reis de Oliveira), Julio Rasec(Julio Cesar Barbosa), Sergio Reoli(Sergio Reis de Oliveira) and Bento Hinoto, a Japanese who appeared wearing a rasta wig, was responsible for the mix of musical styles the band. All born in Guarulhos , except Dinho, Bahia, Irecê. Julio Rasec, the artistic name, was actually gis midde name, Cesar, spelled backards- was known by the performance of Maria, the music "Vira-Vira". The Reoli brothers, Samuel and Sergio, used a corruption of the true family name, Reis de Oliveira as a stage name.     Dinho started out in a band called Utopia, specializing in covers of gtoups. The singer was built in the middle of a show, and since then started to present Utopia on the outskirts of São Paulo. Gradually, the members began to realize that the antics and lytics that made fun of friends and relatives were better received by the public than the covers. They decided to change the profile of the band in April 28, 1995, consolidating a partnership that yielded a million copies sold in less than one year a carrer. Soon the band was doing five shows a weekand enticing children and teenage fans, who loved the lyrics and performance irreverent , funy. When he started singing, he didn't imagine that he would be famous. He wrote songs to sing to his family and his friends, but his songs were very good, so, his music is well-know around the world.
For me, Jack Jhonson is a champion, because, he was just a surfer and he started singing and now he is very good at the music.
