In my opinion alternative therapies are good for sleep dosorders in particular meditation,acupuncture and herbs.
Mediattion as good for sleep disorders because our mind stay calm and relaxand it help us to sleep well.This treatment is complementar modern medicine.
Furthermore exist a lot of good alternative therapies like herbs and acupuncture.Exist a lot of hervs that this herb is very good for sleep.Acupuncture is very well because it relax our boudy and it help us to sleep to.
Concluding this kind of therapy is complementary but the efects of this therapy are interesting,and it solve the sleep disorders.
