Alternative Therapies for Stress (Grupo: Ana Cláudia, Igor, Marina e Matheus)

     The stress is a problem that reaches a lot of people, that have a run life and they work a lot. In my point of view, the best form to treat the stress is through the alternative therapy, for instance, the acupuncture.
     The acupuncture is a treatment that distributes needles for the body that seeks to relax the muscles and to calm the mind.
     Moreover, that treatment also has for objective to break the cycle of the stress and to help the people if they feel better, with a calmer life.
     Concluding, in my opinion, the alternative therapy is the best way to liberate of the stress, because it uses natural techniques, without use of remedies.
