The Ronaldo's Biography

The full name is Ronaldo Luis Nazário de Lima. Ronaldo was born on September 22, 1976 in Bento Ribeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He's a Brazilian footballer who also has Spanish nationality. Ronaldo played as a forward striker for both Brazil and Real Madrid.
Ronaldo is a one of the most talented striker in the world who has been nickname " O Fenomeno ", it means " The Phenomenon ". When Ronaldo was 14 wears old, he joined the Brazil youth team and at the age of 16, he signed a contract with Cruzeiro and started playing in his 1st team. At that year, he scored 12 goals in 14 games.
In 1994, he was contracted by the Deutsch team PSV Eindhoven and scored 30 goals in 33 games. This was an amazing record. After that he appeared only for 13 matches and scored 12 goals. In 1996, he laft PSV and joined Barcelona. At Barcelona, he did an exellent record by scoring 34 goals in 37 games.
Ronaldo won the Fifa best player of the year aword in 1996 and 1997. Then, he signed with Inter from Milan until 2002 and after that, he moved to Real Madrid. He participated in 3 World Cups: 1994 World Cup, 1998 is World Cup at France and 2002 Wolrd Cup. Brazil was the champion on in 1994 and 2002.
Nowadays Ronaldo retired while he was playing at Corinthians.
He retired because of his age and because of his weight.
Ronaldo is my idol because he is very talented and even facing big problems he never gives up.
