            The migraine affects the majority of people that live with the stress of turbulent center urbans.One of measures that can alleviate the symptoms, can be found in alternative therapy, which is still little known in the Western world.
           Often, the migraine ir the result of stress, in these cases the relaxation and the best option.
           The meditation,the yoga are types of alternative therapies and relaxing that help to ease the tension bolily and mental.
           With this we believe that the experinece alternative serves as an adjuvant in cure for migraine,because sometimes a treatment that takes months, with the therapy that relieve pain could be immediately, in addition to being a resource with a lower cost benefit and that it won't harm the body of the people.

             People's day to day life in big citys is always stressed and it grow up more and more in different places. Than the stress,other problems affect the population, so they look for the alternative therapies.
             The massage is one of milenes treatment and made in oriental culture that can be one of the best options to relax the body tensions and it's good to relax the mind.
             With the body totally relax, the mind will work in harmonic ritm. The massage has advantages to get a immediate result with low cost, on the contrary of medicines.
             So, the massage is one of the best alternatives for the people of big centers that everyday has strong emotions and a lot of stress

Sleep Disorders- Maria 19 , Dani 8 e Lara 18

       In my opinion alternative therapies are good for sleep dosorders in particular meditation,acupuncture and herbs.
       Mediattion as good for sleep disorders because our mind stay calm and relaxand it help us to sleep well.This treatment is complementar modern medicine.
       Furthermore exist a lot of good alternative therapies like herbs and acupuncture.Exist a lot of hervs that this herb is very good for sleep.Acupuncture is very well because it relax our boudy and it help us to sleep to.
       Concluding this kind of therapy is complementary but the efects of this therapy are interesting,and it solve  the sleep disorders.

   The anxiety is a problem than affects the fisical and phisicological health of milions of people in the world and the main victims are the teenagers.    One of the treatments can be the ortodox medicine or you can choose an alternative therapie like yoga. These treatment make people relax but someone think it is very hard because they need to work out.   So many people choose acumpulture because is just lie and relax while the professional make the aplication of the needles mainly in the cervix (back of the neck).   These treatments can be used as a suplement to conventional medicine. Alternative Therapies for Stress (Grupo: Ana Cláudia, Igor, Marina e Matheus)

     The stress is a problem that reaches a lot of people, that have a run life and they work a lot. In my point of view, the best form to treat the stress is through the alternative therapy, for instance, the acupuncture.
     The acupuncture is a treatment that distributes needles for the body that seeks to relax the muscles and to calm the mind.
     Moreover, that treatment also has for objective to break the cycle of the stress and to help the people if they feel better, with a calmer life.
     Concluding, in my opinion, the alternative therapy is the best way to liberate of the stress, because it uses natural techniques, without use of remedies.

    The stress is a normal reaction of external factors that affects the population. It is noticed that the cases of stress are continuous and they come in great amounts. In our opinion that happens due to he pressurein the work, in the traffic, strong emotions etc...
    Alternative therapies as the yoga, help in the improvement of the stress, your action is partially immediate.
   Yoga is a concept that refers to the traditional disciplines physics and mental original of Índia.
   The word is associated with the meditative practices so much of the Buddhism as of the Hinduism. It is one in the best ways of tranquilizing body and mind.

      Headaches are very common to some people and they can be realy disturbing. Most people take lots of medicines but they may not know that headaches can be caused by stress, so , alternative  medicine can be a great choice to them.
      An effective treatment for headaches is meditation, when you meditate you get into a deeep relaxing state of mind abd you get free of stress or at least less stressed, avoiding painful headaches.
      Another effective treatment is massage, it relaxes your muscles and make you feel softer and better.
      Although alternative treatments are useful against headaches, sometimes it is needed to take appropiate medicines, but, in order to do that, you must see a doctor.

          Migraine is an incurable illness that affects three times more women than men. It causes severe headaches, mainly. The best way to treat it depends on each person because each one reacts in a certain way.
          A good alternative therapy to treat it is acupunture. This threapy works on the nervous system and causes the body to relasee substances such as endorphins, that reduce pain.
          Another therapy that may help treat migraine is osteopathy, which is a form of massage that relaxes the tension of the head and neck.

          Here are some tips of alternative therapies. While there are many others, these seem quite effective in treating this illness.



Stress- NINGUEM !

        Stress is a very common problem nowadays. It is the name for what happens to your body when you face a problem situation. Your heart bits faster, your pupil becomes bigger, you pay more attention and stay alert.

        It is good for us to avoid dangerous situation, but if it happens over the normal it can be very bad to our health.
        The traffic, the hard work routine and other problems nowadays are making people become stressed for a long period of time.

        Otherwise, there are many soluttions and some of them are natural and they are called alternative treatment.
        
         Yoga is a good way to put an end to stress and improve your health. It consists in meditation and relaxing and when you do yoga you learn to face your problems in a better way.
        Acupuncture is a good treatment too. It consist in putting needles in strategic spots in your body. It makes you very relaxed, so, with it, you can solve the stress problem.
        So, we concluded that it's true that stress is a huge problem, but there are simple treatments for it. Just relax and see the good size of the things and you will not have to face problems like that.
